1. Purpose
This Scope of Work Policy outlines the services provided, service limitations, and responsibilities of both the client and the cleaning service provider. It applies to all residential, commercial, and recurring cleaning services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Standard Cleaning Services
Standard cleaning services may include, but are not limited to:
General Areas
- Dusting accessible surfaces
- Vacuuming, mopping Garage floors
- Cleaning surfaces
- Cleaning Bins
- Light organizing of visible areas
Putting up Shelves & Organization
- Adding shelving to wall of garage
- Organizing all item on shelves
- Cleaning shelves
- Wiping cabinet exteriors
- Cleaning tools & Tool boxes
- Adding rugs
Services are limited to areas that are safely accessible and within normal reach.
3. Services Includes
The following are included in standard cleaning services:
- Deep stain removal or restoration
- Mold remediation or biohazard cleanup
- Heavy lifting
- Exterior garage and window cleaning or high-reach areas
- Post-construction debris removal
- Cleaning of hazardous materials
- Walls, ceilings, or vents unless specified
Additional services must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.
4. Deep Cleaning & Specialty Services
Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and specialty cleaning services involve a broader scope and will be:
- Clearly defined prior to service
- Priced separately
- Based on property condition, size, and time required
5. Access & Preparation
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to the property
- Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available
- Securing pets and valuables
- Removing clutter that prevents effective cleaning
Excessive clutter may limit the scope or result in additional fees.
6. Time & Condition Limitations
- Cleaning results depend on the condition of the space at the time of service
- Heavily soiled or neglected areas may require additional time or follow-up services
- We do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, damage, or buildup beyond normal cleaning standards
7. Changes to Scope
Any changes to the agreed scope:
- Must be approved before or during the service
- May result in additional charges or rescheduling
- Are subject to staff availability and time constraints
8. Quality Assurance
If you have concerns about the scope or quality of service:
- Notify us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will review and, if appropriate, arrange a re-clean of the affected areas within the original scope
9. Right to Refuse or Modify Service
We reserve the right to:
- Decline services outside the agreed scope
- Modify or stop service due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions
- Adjust pricing if the actual scope significantly differs from the booking details
10. Policy Updates
This Scope of Work Policy may be updated at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and applies to future services.
