  • Scratches, chips, or cracks directly resulting from cleaning tools or equipment

  • Damage caused by the improper use of approved cleaning products

4. What Is Not Covered

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or faulty installation

  • Items that are fragile, unstable, improperly secured, or not suitable for standard cleaning

  • Normal aging or deterioration of surfaces and materials

  • Damage caused by incorrect or undisclosed instructions from the client

  • Items not put away or protected prior to service (e.g., loose décor, valuables)

  • Water damage caused by plumbing issues or structural defects

  • Electronics, unless explicitly included in the service scope

5. Client Responsibilities

To help prevent damage, clients agree to:

  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before service

  • Notify us in advance of delicate surfaces, specialty materials, or areas requiring special care

  • Ensure safe access to the property and functioning utilities

  • Report any known issues that may increase the risk of damage

6. Reporting Damage

Any alleged damage must be reported:

  • Within 24 hours of service completion

  • With clear photos and a description of the issue

  • Before repairs or replacements are made, unless necessary for safety

Failure to report within this timeframe may void coverage.

7. Resolution Process

Once damage is reported:

  • We will review the claim and may inspect the item or request additional information.

  • If the damage is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will choose one of the following at our discretion:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item (or provide reasonable compensation)

  • Issue a partial or full service credit

Compensation will not exceed the current market value of the damaged item.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of income, business interruption, or emotional distress

  • Items of extraordinary value unless disclosed and approved in writing

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.

9. Third-Party Contractors
