Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Services

How to Book

Services can be booked through:

  • Our website booking system

  • Phone or email (where available)


All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Accurate Booking Information

To ensure proper service, clients must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including:

  • Property size and type

  • Requested services and add-ons

  • Condition of the space


Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in price adjustments, reduced scope, or rescheduling.

3. Confirmation

Once a booking is confirmed:

  • You will receive a confirmation email or message

  • Appointment time and service details will be reserved for you

  • Deposits (if required) will be applied toward the service


4. Cancellations

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee


Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to $150 of the service cost

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings


5. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Last-minute rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability


6. Late Access / Lockouts

If our team is unable to access the property due to:

  • No answer at the door

  • Incorrect access instructions

  • Unsecured or restricted entry


A lockout fee may apply, and the visit may be considered a cancellation.

7. Deposits & Prepayments

  • Certain services require a non-refundable deposit

  • Deposits are forfeited if cancellation occurs outside the allowed cancellation window

  • Prepaid services cancelled within policy guidelines may be credited toward a future booking


8. Recurring Services

For recurring services:

  • A minimum notice period of 48 hoursmay be required to cancel or skip a visit

  • Paused or cancelled recurring services must be confirmed in writing

  • Missed recurring visits without notice may be billed


9. Company Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible

  • You may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund or credit


10. Weather & Emergencies

Severe weather, emergencies, or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling without penalty to either party.

11. Policy Enforcement

By booking our services, you agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to enforce this policy consistently to ensure fairness to all clients and staff.

12. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website and applies to future bookings.
