2. Employee Training & Conduct
Our cleaning professionals:
- Receive training in proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and chemical handling
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
- Are instructed to immediately report hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions
3. Cleaning Products & Equipment
- We use professional-grade cleaning products in accordance with manufacturer instructions
- Eco-friendly or low-toxicity products may be used upon request
- Products are never mixed unless approved and labeled safe to do so
- All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained
Clients with allergies, sensitivities, or product restrictions must notify us prior to service.
4. Workplace & Property Safety
To maintain a safe environment:
- Wet floor signs are used when applicable
- Furniture and items are handled with care and returned to their original location when possible
- Walkways and exits are kept clear during service
- Cleaners will not move heavy, unstable, or unsafe items unless approved in advance
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide a safe working environment free from hazards
- Secure pets during the cleaning appointment
- Inform us of any safety concerns, fragile areas, or restricted spaces
- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available and functional
- Disclose any known hazards (e.g., mold, asbestos, biohazards, aggressive pets)
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if unsafe conditions are present.
6. Health & Hygiene
- Staff follow strict hygiene practices, including hand washing and equipment sanitation
- We may decline service in environments that pose a health risk beyond standard cleaning (e.g., biohazard situations)
- Ill employees are not permitted to work on-site
7. Emergency Procedures
In the event of an accident, injury, or emergency:
- Immediate steps will be taken to ensure safety and provide assistance
- Emergency services will be contacted if necessary
- Incidents will be documented and reviewed
8. COVID-19 & Communicable Illness (If Applicable)
We follow current public health guidelines regarding communicable illnesses. Clients are asked to notify us if anyone on the premises is experiencing symptoms so we can reschedule if needed.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- Unsafe or hazardous conditions are present
- There is threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
- Conditions fall outside the agreed scope of standard cleaning
